1. Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, incorrect, or size-related issues.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Products showing signs of use, washing, stains, perfume, or damage caused after delivery.
• Items purchased during final sale or clearance offers (unless defective).

3. Return Process

• Submit a return request with your order details and reason for return.
• Once approved, return pickup instructions will be shared.
• Ensure items are securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed after quality inspection of the returned product.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Exchange Option

• Size exchanges are allowed subject to stock availability.
• Only one exchange is permitted per order.

6. Shipping Charges

• Return shipping is free only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• For size exchanges or other returns, shipping fees may apply.

7. Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
